A leading global e-commerce company is hiring an EF Operation Executive (SellerFlex Operations Executive – SFOE) in Gurgaon. This role is part of the India Operations team, which powers end-to-end fulfillment and customer service to ensure a smooth and consistent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As a SellerFlex Operations Executive (SFOE), your main duties will include:

·         Monitoring multiple SellerFlex sites to ensure smooth daily operations

·         Ensuring compliance with operational standards and company policies

·         Coordinating with internal departments and external sellers for timely project launches

·         Tracking operational performance metrics and identifying performance gaps

·         Analyzing data trends to detect disruptions or inefficiencies

·         Implementing process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies

·         Traveling to seller locations for setup, launch, and operational supervision

·         Working flexible shifts, including weekends or night shifts, as required

This role requires strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and the ability to dive deep into data and operational processes.

Required Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

·         Capability to dissect functional data and induce practicable perceptivity

Preferred Qualifications:

·         MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification

·         Experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce environment

·         Knowledge of process improvement frameworks such as Lean
