About the Opportunity
Are
you a seasoned sales leader looking to make a massive impact in the SaaS
sector? We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Business Development (Asia) to
lead and mentor our high-performing team of Business Development
Representatives (BDRs).
In
this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our regional demand
generation engine. You won't just be managing; you will be architecting a
high-impact strategy to build robust sales pipelines by identifying and
securing high-value enterprise accounts. This is your chance to shape the

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Collaboration:
Build and maintain high-trust relationships with AEs, Sales Directors, and
Marketing leadership to ensure total alignment with company goals and vision.

Operational Excellence:
Implement, refine, and manage frameworks that drive consistency, efficiency,
and scalability in our lead-generation process.

Quality Control:
Lead the BDR team in generating top-tier opportunities, ensuring that every
lead is qualified and primed for a successful transition to booking.

Performance Coaching:
Act as a mentor and coach. You will conduct regular performance reviews, drive
individual target achievement, and foster professional growth among team
members.

Modern Prospecting:
Champion an innovative approach to outbound generation by utilizing the latest
tools, including AI-driven insights, social media strategies, and traditional
outbound calling techniques.

Skill Development:
Provide hands-on support in objection handling, professional email copywriting,
and strategic planning.
What You Bring to the Table
·
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years in the SaaS industry, with at least 5 years specifically
leading high-performing Sales or Business Development teams within an
enterprise environment.

Strategic Mindset:
Proven ability to build and execute frameworks within cross-functional
"pod" structures (Sales/Marketing/BD).
·
Market Fluency:
Deep familiarity with enterprise selling motions, high-value deal cycles, and
multi-product portfolios.
·
Leadership:
Demonstrated success in leading diverse, remote teams across varying
geographies and experience levels.
·
Bonus Points:
Fluency in Mandarin, Korean, or Bahasa is a significant advantage.
