Job Overview

We are hiring an Area Manager – CAD for a leadership role focused on strengthening channel operations and driving network excellence. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support Sales, Service, and Parts functions while ensuring effective channel expansion, development, and partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities

As an Area Manager – CAD, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing annual channel expansion plans by identifying potential white and grey market opportunities in line with network guidelines

  • Evaluating proposed dealer or partner locations and submitting structured assessment reports

  • Managing timely activation of new channel partners using detailed planning and progress tracking tools

  • Ensuring proper deployment of visual identity (VI) standards across channel partners

  • Monitoring adherence to network policies, channel manuals, and compliance standards

  • Tracking competitor presence, market expansion, and network closures within the assigned area

  • Maintaining and reporting performance metrics such as DPI, BSC, and other defined indicators to the zonal team

  • Conducting structured monthly performance reviews with channel partners and sharing improvement action plans

  • Initiating processes related to SCN issuance, termination, or resignation acceptance as per standard procedures

  • Reviewing and proposing changes in channel partner constitution using approved formats

A Typical Day in This Role

Your day will involve monitoring channel excellence initiatives, coordinating with internal teams, and engaging with channel partners. You will focus on ensuring smooth execution of plans while aligning partner performance with business objectives.

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in channel management, network development, or automotive-related roles
