Job Overview
A leading global money transfer and payment services company is
hiring a Territory Manager (Bilingual) for the Montreal
region. This role focuses on expanding business presence, developing new agent
partnerships, and strengthening relationships with existing agents across
Montreal and nearby areas.
With operations in hundreds of thousands of locations worldwide,
the company serves a diverse customer base and promotes inclusion, innovation,
and growth. The selected candidate will work closely with the Regional Manager
and play a key role in driving transaction volume and market share in Canada.
Key
Responsibilities
·
Identify and onboard new agent partners through prospecting, cold
calling, in-person meetings, and presentations
·
Manage and grow the assigned agent network to increase transaction
volumes sustainably
·
Handle new agent applications, system installations, onboarding,
and training
·
Provide ongoing support to agents, including troubleshooting and
operational guidance
·
Deliver point-of-sale materials and ensure compliance and AML/AR
training for agents
·
Promote and increase sales of services such as money transfers,
domestic payouts, and bill payment solutions
·
Analyze sales reports and market data to improve performance and
identify growth opportunities
·
Recommend data-driven pricing strategies and agent commission
structures
·
Conduct regular visits to high-performing agents to monitor
targets, understand customer trends, and build long-term relationships
·
Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to
boost transactions
·
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure agents follow
company policies and compliance standards
Eligibility
& Requirements
·
Bachelor’s degree
in Business, Marketing, or affiliated field( or original professional
experience)
·
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and additional languages as required for
client needs
·
Minimum 2 years of
experience in outside sales, business development, or account
management
·
Proven experience in cold calling, product demonstrations, and
solution-based selling
·
Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory
·
Valid work permit and driver’s license
·
Own reliable vehicle (car allowance provided) with valid insurance
·
Willingness to work occasional weekends for community or
promotional events
·
Working knowledge
of Microsoft Office and introductory computer operations
