seeking a skilled IT Manager
(SAP/System) to be part of their dynamic MIS team based in Delft, Netherlands.
As the IT Manager, you will play a key role in
ensuring the seamless operation, enhancement, and integration of logistics
systems such as Next ERP, TMS, WMS, and
EDI. You’ll work closely with both local and global teams to optimize
system performance, support logistics processes, and implement new digital
solutions that drive efficiency across our operations.

as the logistics and financial control tower for Samsung Electronics in Europe,
managing operations from its hubs in Delft, Tilburg, and Breda (Netherlands)
and Slovakia. With around 200 employees, SELS focuses on logistics strategy,
supply chain innovation, and governance — enabling Samsung to deliver
world-class products efficiently across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Improvement & System
Optimization
- Continuously
evaluate logistics processes to design the most efficient systems.
- Develop,
test, and implement new logistics processes and system improvements.
- Work
closely with logistics specialists and business analysts to analyze existing
workflows.
- Translate
operational requirements into functional and technical system specifications.
- Troubleshoot
system-related issues and guide users in resolving technical challenges.
2. Project Leadership
- Lead and
manage local IT project teams to define needs and create functional
requirements.
- Configure,
test, and implement SAP modules (LE/MM/SD) to improve logistics operations.
- Gain
stakeholder approval for system or process enhancements to boost efficiency.
3. System Integration & Interface
Management
- Design and deploy interfaces between SAP, WMS, and TMS
for seamless data flow and operational accuracy.
- Ensure integration stability and maintain system data
consistency across platforms.
4. Training & User Support
- Develop training programs and user manuals for new
system functionalities.
- Serve as a
single point of contact for technical queries and user assistance.
- Resolve
process and system issues promptly to maintain optimal performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in IT, Information
Management Systems, or Computer Science.
·
Minimum
5 years of experience working with SAP modules (LE/MM/SD/EDI).
·
Fluency
in Korean and English with strong communication skills.
·
Hands-on
experience with SAP, SAP BI, and GenAI tools.
·
Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel.
·
Demonstrates
excellent analytical thinking and can efficiently handle tasks with minimal supervision.
